盒子在 Supervisor中重启core，始终失败，在服务控制中也是失败的，无法完成重启。之前升级到最新的2022.6.6系统，没有服务控制和 Supervisor，找不到重启的地方。现在已退回2021.9.6， Supervisor版本2022.05.3。

点这个里面的重启core一直失败，没有任何提示，系统也没有重启。我每次重启都是在容器里停止再启动的，hacs中装的插件或更新的插件始终都因为重启的原因一直显示未能完成更新

你看教程里面的怎么手动更新的步骤，应该手动是可以升级的。
另外hacs不能下载，你也要根据教程改自己的账号，改了之后，搜hacs极速版，换一下国内的网络源。
